15-Minute Thai Beef Salad
If you’ve ever wondered how to make an authentic Thai beef salad at home, the secret is the dressing, which is also used to marinate the beef. The second most important factor is fresh herbs. To be precise, we are talking about three herbs – basil, mint, and cilantro. All has to be fresh. Dried ones can’t really do anything here. It's perfect for a busy workday lunch or dinner.

Cooking Instructions
step 1
If you didn’t make the beef roast beforehand, simply double the dressing ingredients. Marinate your Beef Chuck (8 oz) in half of the dressing overnight. When ready to cook, grill the beef to your preferred doneness, and then assemble the salad with reserved salad dressing.
step 2
To make the dressing, mix Lime (1/2), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Canola Oil (1 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp), Chili Garlic Sauce (1 tsp), Fish Sauce (2 tsp), Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Ginger (1/2 tsp), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp) for the salad dressing.
step 3
Combine the beef, Romaine Lettuce (3 cups), Cherry Tomato (1/2 cup), Fresh Cilantro (4 Tbsp), Fresh Mint Leaves (4 Tbsp), and Fresh Basil Leaves (4 Tbsp) in a large mixing bowl.
step 4
Toss until the dressing is well distributed through the entire salad. Divide the salad into two portions and serve.
