Cooking Instructions

Rinse your Quinoa (1 cup) in a fine mesh sieve. In a medium size pot, add Water (2 cups) and quinoa, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

While quinoa is cooking, prepare your dressing by combining Tahini (1/3 cup), a splash of Water, Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp), and optional Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 tsp), in a small bowl.
