Cooking Instructions

step 1

Chop the Sweet Onion (1) and Gala Apples (2).

Heat Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) in a large skillet on medium-high.

Generously add Kosher Salt (2 tsp) each side of each Bone-In Pork Chops (4). Sprinkle the pork chops with Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) and Ground Allspice (1/2 tsp).

Sear the pork chops for about two minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet, and set aside. Add more olive oil to the skillet and remove from the heat.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Place onions and apples in the skillet . Add the Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp) and Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp) and stir to combine. Return the pork chops to the skillet, and dot with Butter (3 Tbsp).

Place skillet in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature of the pork chops registers 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Top with Pomegranate Seeds (1/3 cup) and serve.
