Cooking Instructions

step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

step 2

Core and slice the Granny Smith Apples (4) about 1/2-inch thick. Add to a baking dish.

step 3

In a small bowl, combine the Coconut Oil (4 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Pecans (4 Tbsp), All-Purpose Flour (1 Tbsp), Pumpkin Pie Spice (1 tsp), and Fine Salt (1/8 tsp).

step 4

Sprinkle over the apples and toss to combine.

step 5

Bake for 30 minutes, or until the apples are soft and caramelized.

step 6

Remove apples from the oven and toss to coat in the caramel sauce while it’s still hot. Let cool for 5 minutes.

step 7

While the apples cool, add the Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp) and the Honey (2 Tbsp) to a bowl with the Plain Greek Yogurt (1 cup).

step 8

Dollop the honey greek yogurt over the top. Sprinkle with additional pecans if desired and serve.
