We took all the ingredients you love in a burrito and cooked them all in one pan. This beefy burrito skillet will satisfy your Tex-Mex cravings in a new and inventive way. This delicious easy weeknight meal is on the table in 30 minutes.

Black Beans, rinsed, drained

6-Inch Flour Tortillassliced into 1-inch strips

Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

Sour Cream

Cooking Instructions

step 1

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add Ground Beef (1.5 lb) and brown until no longer pink. This should take about 5 minutes. Drain the oil well so the mixture is not greasy.

Add Taco Seasoning (1 pckg), Water (3/4 cup), Salsa (3/4 cup), and Black Beans (1 can). Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until most of the moisture has evaporated.

step 3

Fold in the Tortilla Strips (2) and top with Cheese (1 1/2 cups). Let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes. Take the skillet off the heat.

Drizzle Sour Cream (1/3 cup) on top with Scallions (4 Tbsp) and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp) and optionally, garnish with Lime Wedge (1) before serving.
