Berry Mojito Summer Cup
This is a berrylicious twist on a classic Mojito. It’s perfect for extra summer berries!

BACARDÍ® Superior Rum

Limecut into small pieces

Cooking Instructions

In a highball glass, add Lime (3/4), Fresh Raspberries (3), Fresh Blueberries (3), Fresh Strawberry (1), and Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp). Muddle with muddler until broken down.

Clap the Fresh Mint Leaves (12) and add into the glass.

Measure in BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (2 fl oz) with a jigger.

To make crushed ice, wrap Ice (as needed) in a clean kitchen towel. Firmly hit the ice with a meat tenderizer to crush.

Add the crushed ice to a highball glass. Mix with a bar spoon to combine.

Top with more crushed ice.

Garnish with Fresh Mint (to taste) and Fresh Mixed Berries (to taste). Sprinkle with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) and serve.
