Breakfast Burrito
Fuel your day with these hearty whole wheat burritos bursting with fluffy Farmhouse Eggs®, vibrant bell peppers & onions, savory sausage, and melty cheddar cheese. Drizzled with creamy fat-free sour cream and a touch of fresh salsa, they're a flavor fiesta wrapped in goodness! Easy to make and packed with protein, these burritos are a breakfast win!

Set oven temperature to 200 degrees F (90 degrees C); arrange Whole Wheat Tortillas (6) on a baking sheet and warm in the oven until ready to serve.

In a large skillet sprayed with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed), saute diced Yellow Onion (1/2) and Red Bell Pepper (1) until soft. Remove from heat and set aside.

Remove casing from Sausage (1 piece) and crumble into the same skillet; cook according to package instructions, remove and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (6) with Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), pour into a skillet and stir, cooking until eggs are firmly set. Remove from heat when cooked through.

To assemble your burritos, spread a thin layer of Fat-Free Sour Cream (4 Tbsp) on each tortilla and top with even amounts of all ingredients: eggs, peppers and onions, sausage, Shredded Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) and Salsa (1/2 cup). Roll and serve.
