Broccoli Chicken Divan
Chicken divan is a delicious creamy casserole traditionally made with broccoli and bechamel sauce. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Grease a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the Butter (4 Tbsp) and Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp). Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, pour the Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can), Heavy Cream (1 cup), Sour Cream (1 cup), and season with Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp), Simply Organic Onion Powder (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Mix in half of the Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese Blend (3/4 cup) and stir to combine.

In the same bowl, add the Chicken Breast (1 lb) and Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Selects Broccoli Cuts (2 1/2 cups) and stir until well coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish, then sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture and the rest of the Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese Blend (3/4 cup) on top.

In the preheated oven, bake the chicken mixture uncovered for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste) and serve with mashed potatoes or biscuits. Enjoy it warm!
