Butterfly pea tea or blue tea is a very popular caffeine-free drink. It can be enjoined hot or cold and added with lemon, lime, milk, and coconut water. This organic drink is easy to make and worth trying all year round.

In a teapot steeper, add Dried Butterfly Pea Flower (1 Tbsp). Then pour the boiling Water (2 cups) over the flower. Cover with a lid. Allow steeping for about 3 minutes.

To the serving glass, add Maple Syrup (1 tsp) and pour the tea over. Then use a spoon to mix to dissolve the syrup. Serve hot or cold with Lemon (1), Milk (4 Tbsp), or Coconut Water (1/2 cup).
