Cooking Instructions

step 1

Spread Vegan Butter (2 tsp) on one side of each slice of bread. Top with Green Chutney (4 Tbsp) spread evenly.

Layer Avocado Slice (1) on half the slices of White Bread (4 slices) and season with Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Top with Potato (1), Roma Tomato (1), and Beet (1). Season with Salt (to taste) and sprinkle with Chaat Masala (to taste).

Add Bean Sprouts (1/2 cup) on top and squeeze a little Lemon Juice (1/2) over the sprouts and dust with more chaat masala.
