Cooking Instructions

Rinse Goat Meat (2 lb) with Lime Juice (2 Tbsp) and pat dry.

Season with Salt (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Curry Powder (2 Tbsp), Ground Turmeric (1 tsp), Ground Allspice (1 tsp), and Green Seasoning (1 Tbsp). Marinate for at least 4 hours.

Heat Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp) in a large pot over medium heat. Add Onion (1), Garlic (3 cloves), Fresh Ginger (1 in), and Fresh Thyme (1 sprig). Sauté until fragrant.

Add the goat meat and brown on all sides for 8-10 minutes.

Pour in Beef Broth (2 cups) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
