Cooking Instructions

Heat the Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) in a pan over medium heat. Add Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), Red Bell Pepper (1/2), Green Bell Pepper (1/2), and Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1/2). Sauté until fragrant and softened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the Tomato (1) and Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp). Cook for another 2 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Break the Corned Beef Lunch Meat (12 oz) into chunks and add it to the pan. Stir to combine with Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Fresh Thyme (1/2 tsp), and All-Purpose Seasoning (1/2 tsp).

Add Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp), and Water (4 Tbsp). Mix well and let simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
