Crispy fried chicken with delicious sweet and sour orange sauce, it is very appetizing and perfect to serve with plain rice. A perfect homey meal that everyone loves!

Cooking Instructions

step 1

Cut Chicken (14 oz) into small pieces, use Soy Sauce (to taste), Salt (to taste), and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

Dip the chicken into beaten Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), then coat with Corn Starch (to taste).

Fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden.

For the orange sauce: Add the zest and juice from Oranges (1 1/2), Distilled White Vinegar (1 Tbsp), sugar, Garlic (1 tsp), and Fresh Ginger (1 tsp) into a pan, cook under medium heat until boil.

Mix Water (2 Tbsp), and Corn Starch (1 tsp) in a small bowl and add to the sauce until thickened.

Add in chicken into the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with White Sesame Seeds (to taste) and enjoy!
