Chocolate Churro Muffins
If you like chocolate, you’ll love these baked chocolate churro muffins. They’re soft on the inside and crispy on the outside with a sugary cinnamon coating. Simply the best sweet treat!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

With a rolling pin, flatten the Puff Pastry (2 sheets) as much as you can. Work with one sheet at a time.

Brush the Butter (1/2 cup) onto the puff pastry sheets.

Next, brush a layer of Chocolate Syrup (1/2 cup) over the butter.

Cut each puff pastry sheet into two pieces lengthwise. Then cut each half in half.

Roll each piece to create a tightrope form. Take each rope and roll it into a wheel.

Use some of the melted butter to brush each hole in a muffin tin.

Place each wheel in the muffin tin.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the muffin is golden and baked through.

While they bake, place Brown Sugar (1 cup) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 Tbsp) in a bowl and mix well.

Once the popovers are done and still warm, quickly cover them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. That's it, serve and enjoy!
