Napa Cabbage, sliced

Corned Beef Brisket, thinly sliced

Irish White Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Instructions

In a large skillet, melt Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) over medium-heat.

Next, add the Napa Cabbage (1/2 head), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Saute the cabbage until caramelized about 7 minutes. Remove from skillet.

Preheat broiler.

Place four slices of Rye Bread (8 slices) on a baking sheet.

Top each slice with Corned Beef Brisket (1 lb), Irish White Cheddar Cheese (4 slices), and cabbage.
