Cream Cheese Garlic Bread
This Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread is soft, crispy, chewy, buttery, garlicky, sweet, and savory. Cream cheese, butter, and garlic, you can’t really go wrong with this combination!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a mixer or bread machine, add in all of the bread dough ingredients starting with Water (1/2 cup), Instant Dry Yeast (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), and Bread Flour (1 1/2 cups).

Add in Milk Powder (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and lastly Vegetable Oil (1 2/3 Tbsp). Knead for 20 minutes until it is elastic.

Once done, let it proof for 1 hour.

Remove the air from the dough on a dusted surface and shape it into a disk. Divide it into 4 pieces.

Roll the discs into a ball. Let it proof for about 1 hour or until double in size.

Brush water onto each dough ball and bake in an oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven once golden brown and cover lightly with a kitchen towel while cooling.

To make the filling, add Salted Butter (2/3 cup), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Milk (2 Tbsp), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 Tbsp), Dried Parsley (2 tsp), and Dried Basil (2 tsp) to a bowl.

Add in Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), Garlic (1/2 cup), and Salt (1/4 tsp), mix together and set aside.

Slice the cooled buns into 8 pieces, making sure that the knife does not go all the way down.

Fill the buns with Cream Cheese (3/4 cup).

Soak each bun with the garlic-butter mixture that we made earlier.

Dust with some Potato Flakes (to taste) and pipe out more cream cheese onto the middle of the bun.

Bake again for 25 minutes.
