Creamy Beef and Shells

Heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Ground Beef (1 lb) and cook for about 3 minutes, crumbling as it cooks.

Add Yellow Onion (1) and continue to cook, stirring frequently until soft, about 3 minutes.

Stir in Garlic (2 cloves) and Italian Seasoning (1 tsp). Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Whisk in Beef Broth (3 cups) and Tomato Sauce (1 can). Bring to a boil.

Stir in Baby Pasta Shells (8 oz). Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally until pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in Heavy Cream (1/2 cup). Season with Salt (to taste) and Cracked Black Pepper (to taste).

Stir in Shredded White Cheddar Cheese (2 cups) until melted, about 2 minutes.
