Cooking Instructions

Heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large pot over medium heat. Add White Onion (1) and Garlic (4 cloves), cooking until onion softens, about 5 minutes.

Add Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth (3 cups), Nutritional Yeast (4 Tbsp), and Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs). Roughly chop about 3/4 of the Cauliflower (1 head) and add to the pot. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until cauliflower is fork-tender.
