Dark Chocolate Vegan Truffles with Matcha
If you’ve been wanting to make your own candy for a while, truffles are the place to start. The coconut milk and oil in the recipe lighten up the chocolate and make it extra creamy once you roll it into balls.

Cooking Instructions

Heat the Coconut Milk (1/2 cup), Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) (if using), and Matcha Powder (1 Tbsp) in a microwave oven for 30 seconds, or until the coconut milk bubbles.

Stir in the 70% Dark Chocolate (1 2/3 cups) and place a bowl or lid over the top of the bowl to lock in the heat. Let rest for 5 minutes, then mix until smooth.
