Digestive Choco Balls
Digestive Choco Balls are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that the whole family will love. These delightful little balls are made with digestive biscuits, condensed milk, coconut, and cocoa powder - absolutely irresistible. They don't require any baking, so they're perfect for when you're short on time (or patience!). Plus, they make a great cooking project to do with kids.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Place the Digestive Biscuit (1 pckg) in a zip lock bag and smash with a rolling pin until you have crumbs.

In a mixing bowl, add the crumbs, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (4 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), and Desiccated Coconut (1/2 cup). Then pour Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) and Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) and stir to combine.

Form the mixture into ball shapes, about 1.5-inches in diameter, and place them on a sheet pan. Set aside.

In a zip lock bag, place the topping of your choice, such as Corn Flakes (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Desiccated Coconut (1/2 cup), or Peanuts (1/2 cup), then gently drop a few chocolate balls at a time and gently shake and roll around until they're completely covered.

Chill the chocolate balls in the fridge for 40 minutes to an hour until ready to serve.
