Apricot Brandy

Limes, freshly squeezed1/4 cup juice per 4 servings

Bitters

Cooking Instructions
step 1
In a small bowl combine White Rum (3/4 cup) and Earl Grey Tea (1 Tbsp). Allow mixture to sit for 1-2 hours.

Strain rum and add to a small pitcher. Add Oranges (2), Apricot Brandy (4 Tbsp), juice from Limes (1 1/4) and juice from Lemon (1), Honey (1 tsp), and Bitters (4 dashes) and stir to combine.

Pour over Ice (to taste) and garnish with Fresh Mint Leaves (to taste) if desired.
