Easy Chocolate Mousse (No Eggs)
This easy chocolate mousse is ready in 25 minutes and made without eggs. It's lighter but still has all the intense chocolatey flavor of a traditional mousse. Chocolate mousse is perfect for a dinner party served in individual dessert bowls with a dollop of whipped cream and some fresh berries.

In a heatproof bowl, heat the Dark Chocolate Chips (1 cup) in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring well with a spatula between each, until the chocolate is fully melted.

Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp) into the chocolate and stir to combine.

Whip the Heavy Cream (1 cup) to medium peak, and fold a quarter of the whipped cream into the melted chocolate mixture to loosen up. Then carefully fold in the rest in 2 batches, try not to deflate the mixture too much.

Transfer the mixture to dessert cups and chill for 2 hours or until set.

Optionally, top with more whipped cream and Dark Chocolate (to taste) before serving.
