In a small bowl, add Red Onion (1/2), Limes (2), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Soy Sauce (1 tsp), Hot Sauce (1 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and whisk to combine. Let this sit for 5 minutes to take the harsh bite of the onion away.

In another large bowl add Jumbo Shrimp (1 lb), Avocado (1), Tomato (1), Jalapeño Pepper (1), and Corn Kernels (1 can).
