Make this easy version of the traditional Korean Beef in 20 minutes using ground beef instead of thinly sliced steak. Cooking Instructions

step 1

Heat up Sesame Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) in frying pan.

step 2

Brown the Ground Beef (1 lb). You want to make sure it's fully cooked but not dried out. Turn off the heat and drain the fat if needed.

step 3

Add the Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp), Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), and Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp) to the pan and combine, letting the residual heat help the spices to coat the meat.

step 4

Serve over rice if desired, and garnish with Scallions (to taste). Enjoy!
