This quick and easy ramen soup recipe is perfect for a quick week day dinner (with leftovers for lunch, obviously). It's the easiest ramen you will ever make in less than 30 min from start to finish. Plus, thanks to the soba noodles, smoked tofu and tons'o'veg, it’s much healthier than the takeout or resto version.

Cooking Instructions

Heat Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp) in a medium saucepan over medium high heat and cook Garlic (3 cloves) and Fresh Ginger (1/2 tsp) until fragrant.
