Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large pot with Water (6 cups), add a pinch of Salt (to taste) and bring to a boil.

Add the Fusilli Pasta (8 oz) and cook to al dente according to package instructions; for about 10-12 minutes. Drain and cool.

In a large bowl, stir together the Salsa (1 cup), Sour Cream (1 cup), and Taco Seasoning (1 Tbsp). Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat.

Add the Whole Kernel Corn (1 can), Black Beans (1 can), Rotisserie Chicken (10 oz), Red Bell Pepper (1), Jalapeño Pepper (1), and Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup). Toss to combine and pour into a 9x13 baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup) on top. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes to warm through the inside.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
