Cooking Instructions

step 1

Mix Tajin (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1 tsp) on a small plate. Run a Lime Wedge (1) around the rim of your glass and dip it into the chili-lime mix. Set aside.

step 2

In a cocktail shaker, combine Silver Tequila (2 fl oz), Triple Sec (1 fl oz), Juice of the Lime (1) Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz), and Jalapeño Pepper Slices (2). Add Ice (as needed) and shake until well chilled.

step 3

Fill your prepared glass with fresh ice. Strain the margarita into the glass.

step 4

Top with a splash of Soda Water (1 splash) or a fizzy pop.

step 5

Garnish with a Lime Wheel (1), and if you're feeling festive—light a mini sparkler before serving (just be careful, obviously!).
