Use Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) to fry the Yellow Corn Tortillas (2) until they are like tostadas.

Set tostadas to the side.

Cut Tomatoes (4), Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch), White Onion (1/2), Garlic (1 clove), and Serrano Chilis (2) into diced pieces and put into a pot; simmer.

Add Water (1 cup), Salt (to taste) and Chicken Bouillon Powder (1 tsp).

Add Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) to a pan and fry Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) sunny side up.
