Cooking Instructions

step 1

In a large stockpot of water, add Fusilli Pasta (10 oz) and Salt (to taste). Bring to a boil and cook until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk Olive Oil (1/2 cup), Lemon Zest (3), and 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Mix in pasta, Canned Tuna in Water (1 3/4 cups), Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups), Sliced Black Olives (1/2 cup), Red Onion (1/2), Cucumbers (2 cups), and Fresh Parsley (4 Tbsp). Stir to combine.
