This quick and easy Garlic Chicken Stir Fry dish features nice tender chicken strips and fresh green veggies coated in delicious flavorful Asian-style garlic sauce. It goes well with rice or noodles on the side. Whether it's a busy weeknight or a lazy weekend night, this one-skillet dinner fits all kinds of situations.

Cooking Instructions

step 1

In a large bowl, mix together Garlic (6 cloves), Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp), Hoisin Sauce (1 Tbsp), Water (2 Tbsp), Corn Starch (1 tsp), and Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp). Add Chicken Strip (1 lb) and mix until well coated. Set aside.

Heat the frying pan with Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp). Once hot, add another Garlic (2 cloves), Snow Peas (3/4 cup), and Red Bell Pepper (1). Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan, and set aside.

Add the rest of the Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) into the pan over high heat. Once hot, use tongs to transfer the chicken into the pan. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add cooked vegetables. Stir and cook for another minute.

Garnish with Toasted White Sesame Seeds (to taste) and Scallions (to taste), and serve with White Rice (to taste).
