Cooking Instructions

step 1

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

Add Garlic (30 cloves) and Fresh Thyme (10 sprigs) to a shallow baking dish. Pour the Olive Oil (1 1/4 cups) over to cover the garlic. Bring to the preheated oven and bake for about 45-60 minutes or until the garlic is very tender.

Smear the garlic on top of your Country White Bread (to taste). Then sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste). Serve.
