Cooking Instructions

step 1

Remove the string from the Sugar Snap Peas (3/4 cup). Cut Yellow Bell Pepper (1) and Red Bell Pepper (1) into strips.

Heat Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) on the shallow pan or wok over medium-high heat. Cook Garlic (4 cloves) for a minute or until fragrant.

Add the Medium Shrimp (8 oz) along with a pinch of Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch). Cook for about 2 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and set it aside.

In the same pan, add the bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes. Add more oil if needed.

Add snap peas and stir for 3 minutes. Bring shrimp back to the pan and add Oyster Sauce (1 1/2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1 tsp), Brown Sugar (1/2 tsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch). Stir until coated.
