Cooking Instructions

Rinse the Goat Leg (1) with Lime Juice (3 Tbsp) and pat dry.

In a bowl, mix Salt (2 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), All-Purpose Seasoning (2 Tbsp), Paprika (1 Tbsp), Ground Allspice (1 tsp), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp), Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1), Garlic (4 cloves), Green Seasoning (1/2 cup), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), and Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp).

Rub the marinade all over the goat leg, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-low heat (275-300 degrees F).

Place the goat leg on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Baste with Coconut Water (1 cup) to keep it moist.
