Cooking Instructions

step 1

Heat Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Then add Yellow Onion (1) and Red Bell Pepper (1), and cook for 2-3 minutes or until soft.

Add Ground Beef (1 lb) and brown for about 5 minutes.

Add Diced Tomatoes (1 can), Zucchini (2) and season with Taco Seasoning (4 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (2 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Bring to a simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the zucchini is tender and the liquid is reduced. Remove from heat.
