Cooking Instructions

step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine Long Grain White Rice (1 cup), Water (3 cups), and Cinnamon Stick (1). together. Cover with plastic wrap, and leave it at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight in the fridge.

Into a blender, add rice, some small pieces of cinnamon, and about 2 cups of water from soaking rice. Blend until smooth and forms the paste texture.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Add Milk (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), and Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp). Mix well until sugar is dissolved.

Store in the fridge until ready to drink. Serve with Ice (to taste) and garnish with a cinnamon stick if needed.
