Insanely Good Pasta
This is a ridiculously good pasta salad that anyone can make. It’s simple and easy with only 3 steps and it’s a one-pot type of recipe! It’s a cold hearty pasta that’s full of healthy vegetables with fresh bell peppers, sliced black olives, and grape tomatoes.

Using a large pot of boiling water, cook the Tricolor Rotini Pasta (1 lb) according to package instructions. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water.

In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix the Red Bell Pepper (1), Green Bell Pepper (1), Genoa Salami (5 oz), Pepperoni Sausage (5 oz), Canned Sliced Black Olives (1 1/2 cups) and Asiago Cheese (2 cups).

Mix the Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix (2 2/3 Tbsp), Olive Oil (3/4 cup), Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup), Fresh Oregano (2 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) in a small bowl, and pour into the large mixing bowl with the pasta salad.

Add Grape Tomatoes (2 cups) just prior to serving.

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
