Cooking Instructions

step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine Garlic (1 clove) Fresh Ginger (2 tsp), and Scallion (1 bunch), Ground Beef (1 lb), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) and Sea Salt (1/2 tsp).

step 2

Form beef into 8 long patties with both of your hands. To prevent hamburgers from puffing up during cooking, make a slight depression in the center of the patty.

step 3

Brush a little Avocado Oil (as needed) on the patties. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once cooked, set aside to rest for 5 minutes, covering loosely with foil.

step 4

To serve, place the patties on Lettuce Leaves (8) and top with Kimchi (1/2 cup) and Cherry Tomato (1 cup). Garnish with Sesame Seeds (to taste).

step 5

Wrap it up and enjoy!
