If you are a fan of Korean food, you must have already heard of sigeumchi namul. A classic and humble spinach side dish made with soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil.

Cooking Instructions

Remove the root ends from the Fresh Spinach (7 oz) with a knife or scissors and wash thoroughly under running water.

Bring a pot of Water (3 1/3 cups) and half a teaspoon of the Salt (1/2 tsp) to a boil and cook the spinach for 2 minutes.
