Cooking Instructions

step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, add Corn Oil (2 Tbsp).

step 3

Once oil is hot, add the Ground Pork (8 oz) and stir for about 5 minutes.

step 4

Add Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Lime (1), Adobo Seasoning (2 Tbsp), Ground Oregano (1 Tbsp), and Fresh Cilantro (3 Tbsp). Cook until the pork is completely cooked through and no longer secreting liquid and only the oil remains. Set aside.

step 5

Place Naans (4) bread on a flat surface. Prepare the toppings desired. Begin assembling the pizzas by spreading the desired amount of Tomato Sauce (to taste), followed by half the amount of desired Mozzarella Cheese (to taste). Top with desired amount of pork and then the second half of mozzarella.

step 6

Top with Green Olives (to taste) or any other ingredients you’d like. Place on top of a wire rack on a baking sheet.

step 7

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and enjoy!
