Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Use a fork to poke holes in the Sweet Potatoes (2).

Place them on the parchment-lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes until fork tender.

Prepare the scrambled eggs. Heat the Butter (1 tsp) in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (4), Milk (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Once the egg starts to cook, stir until reaching your desired doneness.

Cut each sweet potato in the middle half lengthwise. Use a spoon or fork to mix the sweet potato in the shell. Top with Deli Smoked Turkey (2 slices), Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups), and scrambled egg.
