Cooking Instructions

Rinse the Lupin Beans (1 cup) several times under running water, then let them soak in filtered water for about 12 hours, this will help eliminate all the salt.

Next, place lupin beans, Lemon (1/2), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (8), Capers (1 tsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Tahini (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and a dash of Chili Powder (to taste) into a food processor.

Pulse until you get a cream. Add just enough Water (as needed) to reach your desired consistency. Adjust with salt, if needed.
