Manchego Stuffed Dates
These surprising little bites are the first to go at any cocktail party. I’ve actually had guests follow me to sneak an extra two or three from the tray!

Dried Dates
1/2cup
Manchego Cheesecut into twenty 1/2-inch pieces
5slices
Prosciutto di Parmasliced lengthwise into thin ribbons about 1/2-inch wide

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Slice the Dried Dates (10) in half lengthwise and discard the pit.

Stuff each date with a piece of Manchego Cheese (1/2 cup).

Roll Prosciutto di Parma (5 slices) around the date crosswise a few times and transfer to a baking sheet. Repeat for the rest of the dates.

Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
