Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Spread the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2 lb), Baby Potato (1 bag), Red Bell Peppers (2), and Cherry Tomato (1 can) across the baking sheet into a single layer.

Drizzle Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) and Lemon Juice (2) over all the chicken and vegetables.

Sprinkle the chicken and vegetables with Za'atar (2 Tbsp), Sea Salt (2 tsp), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp), and Simply Organic Onion Powder (1 tsp). Use a spatula to mix all the ingredients and spread them into a single layer.

Place the sheet tray in an oven. Cook for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked completely and the potatoes are fork-tender.
