Midnight Okinawa Martini
The Midnight Okinawa Martini is a Japanese twist on an Espresso Martini with Grey Goose Vodka. This creamy cocktail uses flavors of Miso, Okinawa Molasses, and Mirin for a delicious, sweet-savory taste. Let’s get started!

Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 degrees C).

Prepare the Miso Butter Cordial. Place a piece of parchment on a baking sheet. Spread White Miso Paste (1 cup) on the parchment paper using a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Add Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) to the base of a blender along with the Roasted Miso, Okinawan Brown Sugar Syrup (9 oz), Mirin (1/2 cup), Water (3/4 cup), and Xanthan Gum (as needed) very well until the mixture is smooth.

When you are ready to make the drink, add Ice (as needed) to a coupe glass to chill.

In the base of a shaker, add 20 ml of the Miso Butter Cordial for every serving, Plain Yogurt (0.5 fl oz), Espresso (2 Tbsp), and GREY GOOSE® Vodka (1.5 fl oz).

Remove the ice from the coupe glass. Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed).

Seсcure the top and shake well, then double strain the drink into the glass.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve.
