Cooking Instructions

Slice Cremini Mushrooms (5).

Slice the Scallions (to taste).

Gather your Bean Sprouts (2 cups).

Heat the pan over medium heat. Place your Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp) in the pan then add the mushrooms and cook until they're 75% done, about 4 to 5 minutes (how they look in the photo).

Add your bean sprouts and cook until tender, about 4 minutes.

Add the cooked Brown Rice (2 2/3 Tbsp) and green onions. Mix all ingredients. Heat for 4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp).

Serve with Sriracha (to taste) and Watercress (to taste). Enjoy!
