Oat-ver the Moon Milk
If you haven't tried Moon Milk yet, you're missing out! This warm, delicious bedtime oat milk beverage contains Ashwagandha, an ayurvedic herb said to have calming and stress-relieving effects on the body. In this version, we use butterfly pea flowers to give the milk a lovely blue color.

Cooking Instructions

In a small saucepan whisk to combine Oat Milk (2 cups), Agave Syrup (1 Tbsp), Ashwagandha (1/4 tsp), Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/8 tsp), and Dried Butterfly Pea Flower (3 Tbsp). Warm over medium-low heat until almost simmering.

Remove from heat and whisk vigorously until foamy.

Strain into mugs. Serve warm garnished with Edible Flowers (to taste).
