Cooking Instructions

step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the Orzo Pasta (1 pckg) and cook according to the package instructions, or for about 8 minutes until al dente. Drain, rinse in cold water, and set aside.

In a large bowl toss the Fresh Baby Spinach (7 1/2 cups), Tomato (1), Crumbled Feta Cheese (1 cup), Red Onion (1/2), Pine Nuts (1/2 cup), Dried Basil (1/2 tsp), Granny Smith Apple (1), cooked orzo, Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp).

Mix together the Olive Oil (1/2 cup) and Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup) in a small bowl. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.
