Cooking Instructions

Cook the Orzo Pasta (2 2/3 cups) according to the directions in the pot of boiling water. Make sure to add a large pinch of salt to the water. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.

Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup), Balsamic Vinegar (1/3 cup), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (2/3 cup), and Kalamata Olives (2/3 cup). Stir to combine with the cooked orzo.
