For the cilantro mayonnaise, combine the Mayonnaise (2 Tbsp), the juice from Lemon (1) and the Fresh Cilantro (3 Tbsp) Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Stir well and place the mayo in the fridge until needed later on.

If you are using fresh Baby Artichokes (6) clean and trim them first. Then add the cleaned fresh artichokes or the frozen artichokes to a large saucepan and add water until the artichokes are fully submerged. Season with a pinch of Salt (to taste).
