Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Tilapia fillets are a fantastic main ingredient to work with - they’re inexpensive and available in every store. What can be better than a perfectly cooked, crispy piece of fish? This simple dish is guaranteed to be a hit with both kids and adults on a weeknight. This dish is simple but delicious and impressive enough for any occasion.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix the Salt (1/2 tsp), Grated Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp), Italian-Style Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

In another bowl with the beaten Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (4), dip Tilapia Fillets (4) on both sides so the fish is evenly coated with egg.

Then, press the fish into the breadcrumb mixture on both sides so the tilapia is coated evenly. Repeat for all the other filets.

Place tilapia on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through until browned and flaky and the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).

Garnish with Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp). Serve warm with a Lemon Wedges (1) and Green Beans (1 cup), as you desire.
